How to
Add setup/analytics user accounts
In this video you will learn how to add standard and admin account users. Standard account users get access to all of the analytics dashboards. Admin account users get access to the analytics dashboards as well as the setup environment. Only personnel who are responsible for updating and maintaining the setup environment should be assigned an Admin account
Add departments, lines and workstations
In this video, you will learn how to setup the departments, lines and workstations that you will be monitoring using Kt-Pulse.
Register devices, add collector users
In this video you will learn how to register your tablets or iPads in the Kt-Pulse system. This is a security measure to ensure that only registered devices can be used to log data.
You will also learn how to add collector user accounts. Collector accounts are necessary to log into the data collector app. Collector users are typically generic usernames that can be used by multiple production operators
Add part numbers and UPH targets
In this video, you will learn how to add part numbers into the Kt-Pulse system. You will also learn how to assign part numbers to workstations and assign output targets (units per hour) to each part.
Add shifts and teams
In this video you will learn how to set up shift patterns for each of your manufacturing lines and cells. This is necessary to ensure that the right output targets are assigned to each shift and to each hour within the shifts. The video will also show you how to assign team names to each shift. Where you have rotating shift patterns in place, this will allow you to analyse your performance data by shift or by team.
Add scrap and downtime codes
In this video, you will learn how to add scrap and downtime reason codes into the system and how to assign them to the relevant workstations.
Add productivity goals
In this video you will learn how to set up availability, performance, quality and changeover targets for each workstation so that you can compare planned and actual levels.
Add batch numbers
In this video, you will learn how to plan your production builds. You will add batch details into the system so that batches can be scheduled and tracked in real-time through the Kt-Pulse collector app
